Strategic Plan

The Strategic Plan for The East Metro Association of REALTORS®, (EMAR) charges the GAC to be the "Watch Dog" for local private property rights issues. The GAC meets every other month, more often if called to action. The Members of the GAC bring strong threads to the fabric of the Association by being liaisons to various other City, County, Regional and State government organizations, as well as community action and non–profit organizations. These dedicated GAC members report back to the EMAR Board of Directors about critical issues that affect our real estate industry in East County and around the State.
