GRI Contracts

Don’t ever get blindsided by a contractual misunderstanding. This course will help you stay a step ahead by versing you in the nuances of contractual law. You will about the promises between parties conditioned on certain events and enforceable by law, all the necessary elements of a contract, offer and acceptance, consideration, capacity of parties, and lawful purpose.

The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation is a way to stand out to prospective homebuyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate. In today’s competitive business environment, it often takes more than just motivation and initiative to succeed.
This GRI class will be held on Zoom from 1pm to 4pm on April 15th and April 16th. It is required to attend both 3-hour sessions in order to get CE. Please note, for tracking of CE, Oregon REALTORS® is requiring all attendees to have their video on during the course. You can use your phone, built-in webcam, or external webcam.
